Happy birthday, Ange~ Will you come over for dinner tonight? We can have a little party just like we used to.  Well, not quite the same seeing as your father isn't around, but we all know the highlight is having Battler there anyway.
I want to make up for our absence, in some small way.

I'm extending an open invitation to any of Ange's friends as well.  I'll be making dinner as well as dessert and you're welcome to stay as little or long as you like.  The only condition is, please keep it a secret from Ange, I want it to be a surprise.

Yes, she's been just fine for several weeks now, ever since the end. I may have to ask her some more about it, to see what exactly she remembers.

I'm rather curious about it. [He have an idea of what she knows at the time. But does Ange remember the significance of his War of Bel participation?]

She told me a few things about it at the time, nothing significant, though she may have said more to various friends. Asking people like Minato or Keiichi might help as well.

Oh! I know them. [Being classmates helps, aw yeah.] I'll see if I can ask them when I get the chance, over journals or around the villages.
